We're not sure how she does it but Melanie accomplishes more in one day than most people do in a week. A perfect example of her superpower: when her daughter arrived 3 weeks earlier than expected, Melanie still made sure her 8 scheduled closings for the week went off without a hitch!  

Melanie was born and raised in New Hampshire, and pursued her love of animals as a veterinary technician for the first chapter in her professional life. Seven years ago she became a licensed real estate agent and during that time, she’s helped New Englanders buy and sell close to 200 homes. While result-oriented, Melanie balances her ambition with her warm and humble personality.

Melanie and her husband, Rock, (owner of Rockwell Homes) live in North Berwick, Maine. Along with their daughter Lily, and son Rock III, the family enjoys traveling, hiking, snow-shoeing and swimming.

Laura is a native of Durham, New Hampshire who went on to study at Wheelock College in Boston and ultimately graduated from the University of New Hampshire. With a degree in both Psychology and Justice Studies, Laura spent the first six years of her career at NH’s Dept of Health and Human Services, leaving to assist her husband to open IKB Automotive, a family-run garage in Madbury, NH. Once the business was up and running, Laura was ready for her next challenge; real estate. She loves meeting new people just as much as helping them navigate smoothly to the closing table.

In addition to her ability to intuit her clients’ needs, Laura is sure to keep you laughing through every step of the process. When she's not playing matchmaker with buyers and their dream homes, you can find her soaking up the sunshine with her son Braydon.
